Overview
If a client has completed the questionnaire but does not appear on the Admin Client List, they may not have submitted their responses.
How to Resolve the Issue
Confirm with the Client
- Ask the client if they have clicked the Submit button at the end of the questionnaire.
Instruct the Client to Submit
- If they have not submitted, guide them to:
- Log back into their Settify record.
- Navigate to the end of the questionnaire.
- Click Submit to finalise their responses.

Once the client submits their questionnaire, their information should appear in the Admin Client List.
