Client Not Showing Up on the Admin Client List

Overview

If a client has completed the questionnaire but does not appear on the Admin Client List, they may not have submitted their responses.


How to Resolve the Issue

  1. Confirm with the Client

    • Ask the client if they have clicked the Submit button at the end of the questionnaire.
  2. Instruct the Client to Submit

    • If they have not submitted, guide them to:
      • Log back into their Settify record.
      • Navigate to the end of the questionnaire.
      • Click Submit to finalise their responses.

Next Steps

Once the client submits their questionnaire, their information should appear in the Admin Client List.
