How to Invite a Client Back to Complete Their Settify Induction

Regardless of whether a client comes through your firm’s website or via an invitation, you may encounter situations where a client has submitted a Settify inbut more detailed information is needed. In such cases, you can easily invite the client back to the portal using the following process:


Steps to Send a Follow-Up Invitation:


1. Access the Client Record:

  • Navigate to the Settify Clients Home Screen.
  • Select the client’s name to open their Client Record.


2. Send a Follow-Up Invitation:

  • Click on the ‘Send a Follow-Up’ button located at the top of the Client Record page.


3. Customise the Invitation:

  • Review the pre-written message in the invitation.
  • Add or modify the wording as necessary to ensure clarity and relevance.



4. Update the Invitation:

  • Click on ‘Update Invite’ to save any changes.

     

5. Confirm Correspondence Details:

  • Double-check that the client’s contact details are correct.


6. Save and Send the Invitation:

  • Select ‘Save & Send’ to dispatch the follow-up to the client.


By following these steps, you ensure that clients can seamlessly revisit the Settify portal to provide the additional details required.
