The integration between Settify and Smokeball is currently available in:

Once set up, the integration enables you to create Smokeball matters directly from Settify client records, with client contact details transferring automatically into Smokeball.
1. Overview
From Settify (Family Law or Wills):
Go to Configure Settify → Integrations → Smokeball → Connect
Enter your Smokeball username and password
Authorise the connection to complete setup
At this stage, the integration supports sending personal contact information collected in Settify to Smokeball.
Other information (e.g., properties, children, documents) is available in the Settify folder within Smokeball matters. Additional data mapping will be released in future updates

2. Step-by-Step Setup
Log in to your Settify Admin Dashboard.
Navigate to Configure Settify → Integrations.
If the tab doesn’t appear, refresh and ensure the URL looks like
firmname.settify.com.au
(not a wills subdomain).
Select Smokeball from the dropdown and click Connect.
Enter your Smokeball login credentials.
You’ll be redirected back to Settify, where the integration page will confirm a successful connection.
You can adjust your default integration settings here.
3. Creating Matters in Smokeball
Once integration is enabled, you can create Smokeball matters directly from Settify:
Open a client record in your Settify Admin Dashboard.
A Smokeball logo will appear in the top-right corner.
Click the Smokeball button, choose your matter settings, and click Create Smokeball Matter.
A new matter will be created in Smokeball, which will include:
Automatically transferred client contact details
A dedicated Settify folder with all Settify-generated materials

You can now seamlessly create Smokeball matters from Settify, reducing manual data entry and improving efficiency.
