How to Describe Settify to Phone Enquirers

Any time you speak to a potential new client on the phone, you should follow up the call by emailing them an invite to use Settify. Using Settify to the best of it's functionality in this way is what is seeing out partner firms have high and successful conversion rates.

    • Help you to prepare for your meeting by asking some questions and using your answers to give you a tailored and personalised information about the Family Law process, where you stand, and how we can help; and
    • Collect your background information in order to brief your lawyers / us ahead of your meeting, to ensure that when you to come in, instead of spending your time going over your background, you can spend time on advice, talk about your options, address your questions fully, and determine the way forward."
  • You don't have to use it, but it is a great way to save time and money, and get the most out of your meeting.
  • Please try to answer it as completely and accurately as possible - to get the best out of your first appointment.


Where the client hasn't yet committed to a meeting


"...okay, have a think and contact us if you would like to go ahead with a meeting... however:
