Steps to Unfreeze a Client's Record:
Locate the Client:
- Navigate to the client whose record you want to unfreeze and open their Client Record.
Access the Frozen Record Page:
- You will be redirected to the Frozen Record page.
Request to Unfreeze the Record:
- Click the ‘Unfreeze Record’ button.
- Enter your firm’s email address when prompted.
Confirm the Request:
- After entering your email address, click the ‘Send’ button.
Complete the Process via Email:
- Check your email for a link to unfreeze the client's record.
- Follow the instructions provided in the email to finalise the process.
By completing these steps, the client's record will be unfrozen and accessible again.
