Not Receiving Client Notification Emails

Overview

If you or your team members are not receiving client notification emails, you can update the email recipient settings in your Settify admin portal.


How to Update Email Notification Settings


Access Notification Settings


  • Log in to your Settify admin screen.
  • Click on Settings in the bottom left-hand corner.


Modify Recipient Preferences


  • Select the Admin Facing tab.
  • Adjust the settings to:
    • Specify who receives all notifications from Settify.
    • Set recipients for new lead notifications only.


Why This Matters

Ensuring the correct team members receive notifications helps maintain smooth client communication and prevents missed leads.
