Not Receiving Client Notification Emails

If you are not receiving client notification emails, you can update the settings for email recipients from your Settify admin screen:

  1. From your admin screen, select Settings in the bottom left-hand corner.
  2. From here, select Admin Facing. Here you can specify who receives all notifications from Settify and who receives new lead notifications only.

By adjusting these settings, you can ensure that the appropriate team members receive the necessary notifications and emails.
