We have created a simple URL link that you can add direct to emails to make it easier for you to invite clients to use Settify's online questionnaire tool.
Instructions to personalise URL link for each client:
For each client: right click the below URL> select "link" > "edit link" and replace the CAPITALS with:
- FIRSTNAME: The client's first name
- SURNAME: The client's second name
- EMAIL@EMAIL: The client's email address
https://testlawfirm.settify.co.uk/invitation?clientFIRSTNAME&clientSurname=SURNAME&[email protected]/invited=true
To provide an example, I have used my name below:
https://testlawfirm.settify.co.uk/invitation?clientFirstName=Bryony&clientSurname=Mills&[email protected]&invited=true
When you email clients, you can change the "text to display" of the URL as you see fit. You will see I have changed the example below to "Online Induction Tool":- (right click URL> select Link> edit Link> Change "Text to Display" to "Online Induction Tool")
e.g. https://testlawfirm.settify.co.uk/invitation > Online Induction Tool
You can then use the following draft text to insert into standard TOB / initial email to client:
In advance of the first meeting, you will need to please complete our Online Induction Tool which will gather key information that I will consider before I meet with you. You will also receive personalised information about where you stand in light of your circumstances, what next steps will look like given the issues in your matter, and how we will help you going forward.
The system intelligently asks relevant questions, using Al, to gather information in light of your circumstances online. By completing this process in your own time and space, you will enable us to reduce costs, and get the most out of our initial meeting.
NB: There is also the option to send the generic un-personalised link to a client should you prefer.
