Client Not Showing Up on Admin Client List

If a client has mentioned they completed the questionnaire but their information is not appearing on the admin client list, it is likely because the client has not yet clicked the Submit button at the end of the questionnaire.


To resolve the issue, please confirm this with the client and instruct them to log back into their record and click Submit to complete the process.
