Troubleshooting Login Issues

Having trouble logging in? No worries! Try these quick fixes to get back into your account.


1. Double-check you're in the right place


For firm users accessing the admin portal – make sure you're using the Firm login section.



2. Forgot Your Password?


If you can’t remember your password, click the Forgot Password link on the login page. Follow the steps in the email to reset it and set up a new one.


3. Double-Check Your Email & Password


Make sure you’re entering the correct email and password. If you’re not sure, try copying and pasting them to avoid typos.


4. Browser Issues? Try These Fixes:


Sometimes, your browser can cause login problems. Here’s what to do:


Use Google Chrome – It works best with our platform.
Clear Cache & Cookies – This helps fix loading issues. Go to your browser settings and clear cached data.
Hard Refresh the Page – Press Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) to reload the page.
Try Incognito Mode – Open a private browsing window (Ctrl + Shift + N in Chrome) and try logging in there.
